We have had a number of people asking us recently why they should care about Social CRM, we decided to pull together some statistics and quickly found that it made rather interesting reading, as a result we put some nice splashes of colour and some cool looking icons together with those statistics and a few explanations of how Social CRM can benefit business to create the following infographic.

The data is specifically related to the UK business market, that is not to say that we are biased but being based in the UK a lot of companies we talk to on a regular basis are local to us, it is also hard to find UK specific statistics so we found it beneficial (and rather therapeutic!) putting the data together.
